Our Return Policy

Our goal is to improve quality of life for all members of the Kolas family. Our team is working very hard to ensure your return or exchange is processed as quickly and as painless as possible.

TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. By purchasing our products, you agree and acknowledge that you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits the products may provide.

PRODUCT STAISFACTION

If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of your receipt of the product, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund; provided (i) the item(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) we receive your return within thirty (30) days of delivery to you; and (iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you. Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges.

There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.

RETURN SHIPPING

You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate parcel insurance and tracking. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the product carefully to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours after it has been delivered to you. Please contact us to notify us of any damaged product, including a full description of the damage.

  • How do I place an order?
    Once you have decided on the product(s) that you want to order, use the Quantity tool to select the quantity of items that you would like to purchase, then click the Add to Cart button. Continue shopping in this manner until you have completed your order. When you are ready to checkout, click the Cart button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. You will be asked to either register (for new users) or log in to your account (for existing users). After entering your information as needed, click Place Order. If you see a Thank You for Your Order page, your order was successful.
  • How do I change or cancel an order?
    To cancel an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our sales department directly at (916) 800-4065. We’re available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm (Pacific Time). You can also visit your Orders under My Account to view orders placed, shipment tracking and to make any adjustments before orders ship out.
  • What payments do you accept?
    KOLAS Hemp accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Square payment processing keeps your transactions safe and secure.
  • How do I track my order status?
    To view your placed orders and any details about an order recently or previously placed, visit your Orders tab under My Account. Here, you will be able to view shipping updates, order details and receipts. Upon fullfilment of your order, Kolas will email you a tracking number of your order through USPS tracking. If you have any questions about an existing order or status of an order, you may also contact our Customer Service team.
  • What is your return policy? How do I return my order?
    KOLAS Hemp products can be returned and refunded if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Stipulations may apply to our Satisfaction Guarantee. Please send us a Return/Exchange Request and our Customer Service Team respond typically within 1 buisness day.
  • What are your shipping options and how long does it take?
    KOLAS Hemp typically ships via US Postal Service unless otherwise stated on your order. Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of purchase and are delivered within five to seven business days based on customer location. Kolas offers expidited shipping through USPS upon checkout. Shipping delays caused by USPS are out of control of Kolas fulfillment. You can contact your local USPS office for further details using the tracking code emailed to you upon shipment. Kolas only ships within the United States. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details
  • How do I get free shipping?
    Orders over $75 are eligible for free USPS First Class Shipping. Visit our Shipping Policy for additional information. *Last Updated 07/07/2021
  • My order didn’t arrive when it was supposed to – what do I do?
    If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please send an email to customerservice@kolashemp.com with your name and order number. A customer service representative will contact you and ensure that any issues are resolved. If you see a hold up in your tracking, please try to contact your local USPS office. USPS will be able to check on any shipping delays.
